My work isn’t consistent yet but that’s also the beauty of the work I’m presenting; it’s always changing here and there as I grow as an artist. This gallery exhibits just that, with work from early on in my days at OCADU, with practical assignments that we can expect to see in our field. My work has an array of different of approaches that are all developing either a style, voice, conceptual ideation or sometimes all of those.
A fundamental a day keeps the laziness away. I find it incredibly important to keep up life drawing from models, reference photos to keep my observations skills sharp. The traditional work here doesn’t always reflect the type of style I’m aiming for throughout my illustrations but it’s all in the name of improvement and studying.
